WHO I AM
I am a native of New Mexico and an active member of the South Valley community. My belief is that we all, rich or poor, deserve to be heard. Our vote is our voice, and together we can make sure that the South Valley regains the voice that it has been known to have.
As Chair of District Ward 12A, I strive to reach out into the community and bring forth the voice of the South Valley. I work with my Precinct chairs as well as other ward chairs to once again make the South Valley a Democratic stronghold – a force to be reckoned with and not ignored as we work together to protect our values and to help keep New Mexico blue. My desire, ability and commitment to strengthening the voice of the South Valley already make a difference for the South Valley and as the New Mexico State Representative for District 12, I will be able to make an even greater difference.

STRENGTHENING OUR VOICE
I have been working actively with Working America and AFSCME because I believe we all deserve a living wage.
I actively participate in APS meetings and support school activities.
Mentor thru Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor 2.0 program.
BCDP Ward 12A Chair and State Central Committee Member.
Co-Founder of the Big Blue Band Democrats.
I regularly attend city council, townhalls, county, community, and the South Valley Coalition of Neighborhoods meetings to keep informed about the issues and concerns that affect the people of the South Valley.
